Lavametric is sold by Zachary Aufdemberg, operating as an individual seller under the name "Lavametric" (no separate registered company). Payment processing, tax collection/remittance, and customer billing are handled by our reseller, Gumroad, Inc. ("Gumroad"), who act as the merchant of record for all purchases. Gumroad's own terms of use also apply to your purchase: gumroad.com/terms.
A one-time license to download and play Lavametric on the platform(s) you purchase it for. This is a single purchase, not a subscription — there are no recurring charges.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to install and play Lavametric for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share your copy or license with others.
